As Creative Director for all of IDEMIA North America, I spent the last 3 years developing a solid brand identity with a focus on generating leads and driving sales. One of the most invigorating parts of this position was being able to see the direct impact that my small but incredibly mighty team had on the company as a whole. 

In March 2023 a campaign to develop assets such as Brochures, White Papers, Product Banners, and Digital Playbooks began, and by the end of the year we saw the completion of more than 65 extensive product brochures, 5+ digital playbooks, 12 product banners, and 4+ white papers.

This campaign resulted in a 135% increase in Sales lead generation across North America and a 20% increase in conversions.

In an effort to further boost adoption of IDEMIA’s CAT technology in airports across North America, my creative team partnered with Reagan International Airport in Washington D.C to develop the following video.

Another aspect of my role as Creative Director was to develop and design the booths that were set up at the various conferences across North America where IDEMIA was one of the represented vendors. In 2022, my team won the award for Best Exhibitor Presence at the Future Travel Experience conference in Las Vegas, NV.

The Justice and Public Safety Users Conference has been running for 45 years with the specific goal of educating professionals in the biometric and identity technology space and showcasing IDEMIA’s best-in-class technology.

For the past 3 years of the conference, I was the Creative Director and I watched as conference attendance rose dramatically and customer satisfaction soared to a more than 150% increase. The brand aesthetic evolved into something exciting and cohesive. I led the entire direction for the conference, including power point design, digital signage, website design, banners, product booth design, conference videography / photography, social media advertisements, and email campaigns.

IDEMIA has been the leading provider for TSA PreCheck® for the past 13 years and I have had the pleasure of working with the TSA directly on a number of B2C projects including social media marketing for TSA PreCheck® by IDEMIA and promotional product videos for products such as IDEMIA’s  Credential Authentication Technology.

This section highlights just a few of the projects I directed in 2022-2023. As of the time of this update, IDEMIA has enrolled more than 19 Million travelers in the program.

In addition to developing the brand direction for TSA PreCheck by IDEMIA ads from 2021 – 2023, I was also the primary copywriter of taglines featured in the ads.

Since 2020, IDEMIA has been partnering with states to develop and release state-branded Mobile ID. Every state’s branding is unique and requires extensive and cooperative engagement with the state in order to achieve the best results.

In 2023 I began working with acclaimed Director Michael Beaumont to develop storyboards for NISSAN car commercials specifically related to new and innovative features across several of their automobile lines. The process of developing out detailed and exciting storyboards is collaborative and fluid and requires the ability to make quick edits with a short turnaround time in order to stay within budget.

Downtown Dental is one of the premiere dental practices in the southern United States, offering services that address problems such as TMD and other diseases and disorders of the mouth and jaw. In 2020 I began working exclusively with Downtown Dental to direct and edit customer testimonial videos and Instagram marketing videos. My work with Downtown Dental is still ongoing.

In addition to filming and post-production on Downtown Dental Customer Testimonials, I also set up Instagram marketing videos to promote their services. These Instagram posts feature short, 1 minute or less interviews with patients and they target specific customer concerns and medical procedures provided by Downtown Dental.
